Revenge is sweet or is it not?

I have done a BIG mistake in my life. I thought i will feel better when i said it just to pay the revenge but i'm not. I don't feel any better. I feel worse. The worst in my life. So it's true then words are sharper than sword. I've made a statement that really hurt the other party which until now i regretted it. Gosh what have i done. Have i not been thinking? I dunno what i should do now and what should i react.
