Work place
Dia belikan khas untuk aku dan few of his friends. Aku pun tak tahu kenapa dia belikan considering i'm a new joiner and he did not buy it for everybody. Anyway i thank him.
Aku tak nak la puji lelebih tempat kerja baru aku ni sebab aku pun still baru lagi cuma ada certain things aku perhatikan cara bangsa asing ni bekerja memang lain. Mereka memang bersungguh sungguh. Even masa kerja pun jumpa pun satu bangsa jugak. Sekarang baru aku nak mengorak langkah keluar dari kepompong. Kalau pada awal awal aku memang kekok tapi sekarang aku rasa semakin serasi.
One thing i like with the environment i am now working with is, perkara kecil dan remeh temeh aku tak perlu fikirkan. Everything is taken care of. They supply milk for my breakfast, they supply green tea for my immunity, tak payah aku keluarkan duit beli green tea..mahal gak oo kalau nak beli sendiri. Even tisu kotak yang aku selama ni akan beli and letakkan di atas meja lalu di"pau" oleh bebudak lelaki kat opis pun diaorg supply. I have my own car park which i dont have to worry where to park my car if i come late. They pay for my broadband fee.
One thing these people want to create a very good environment of working like what we have seen in Google. I like it very much. So i just come to the office and concentrate on my work and need not to worry small matters.
Last few weeks a new staff has joined my team. She called me "Madam". I couldn't believe my ear, so i asked her again why did she called me madam. She said since i am her boss, she will address me like that. O no...this is NOT a government sector which you have to call your superior by addressing him or her SIR/MADAM. Madam made me sound old. I don't want to grow old yet. I don't feel like one. So i told her she doesn't have to call me like that as long as we respect each other, it is good enough for me.
