Narrow-minded

Perkataan narrow-minded ni amat sesuai ditujukan pada boss aku yg as**** tu. Dia baru tahu dia kene turun pangkat so dia pun mcm kucing nak beranak skrg perangai dia.

Yesterday i had a presentation regarding QA products. As i was explaining about the products he came in to the seminar room. The presentation started 2.30pm (actually it was supposed to start at 2 but alas... there's a say " janji melayu". The presentation had to start a bit late since not many developers were there yet.)Back to the boss again. He came in around 3.30pm and he was sitting at the back quietly at first. By the time we had our Q&A session he kept asking question things that have been explained earlier. I could see in every developers eyes and face that they disapprove with his question. When we explained again he kept asking question that can be considered as "small-minded people" question hehehe...
Why i said that is becoz, he is the top level management and he should know what are the things that should be asked or not because he sounds like he is not thinking at all.

In fact he made a big fuss about why other people should verify his work. One more thing, the day before he came and asked me to join him to become a technical writer. What?!!! a technical writer? I said no way. it is not because i hate the job but i can't foresee my future as a technical writer and i'm not really good in that field. I know what i wanna do and i know what i should do and technical writing is not one of it. A big NO NO. Yet he had the guts to say that i can't go far with my career as QA. He said quality assurance doesn't mean anything. Who does he think he is. I think he is totally narrow-minded person and the biggest ID*** on earth. No wonder he's been degraded. He should read some more.
